Because I'm now an obsessive home decor addict who can't stop planning for this new condo of mine...kitchen planning has become a main priority. We [by we, I mean, a group of my dad's construction guys] are putting in a new kitchen and two new bathrooms in this new apartment (I close on the apartment Sept. 30th and start construction thereafter). Despite my normal style, I'm thinking uber-modern for all three rooms- it looks clean, it looks updated, and it can sell to ANYONE when I go to sell it eventually. The above photo is my inspiration picture. Cabinets will probably be black or charcoal grey. Delta Faucet got wind of my condo purchase and offered me a new faucet- huzzah! I actually decided to put it in in my current rental, deciding I can easily take it with me when I leave for the new apartment in a few months. (Don't judge me on the condition of my old faucet, I mean- it IS a rental apartment...)

Delta's Touch20 faucet is frickin' sick. Well, as "sick" as a faucet CAN be, I mean. Install was easy- mainly because a polish man named Wojciech ("Voytek") put it in for me in about 7.2 minutes.
